| At present,the process of urbanization is speeding up,the economy and society are developing steadily,a large number of young and adult labourers are moving from the countryside to the city in order to seek higher income and good development opportunities.The rural labor force who enters the city,although promoting urban construction and economic prosperity,a series of social problems can not be ignored,especially the education of left-behind children.Left-behind children are derivatives of rural population’s choice of working outside.In the process of growing up,they are affected by factors such as long-term absence of parents,uneven distribution of educational resources in urban and rural areas,and bad social atmosphere,etc.There are many problems in mental health education,ideological and behavioral education,and so on.whether these problems are solved or not and the degree of solving these problems all have a direct impact on the personal growth of left-behind children,the operation of family system and the development of society and so on.This article takes the left-behind children of L-boarding primary school in Linxian County as the research object,through the on-the-spot investigation to understand the problems existing in the left-behind children’s education and carries on the comprehensive analysis to the reasons behind the problems,and on the basis of this,draws up the intervention plan.Using the method of group work to intervene in the education of left-behind children,and starting with the relevant systems of education of left-behind children,such as family,school and social environment,and putting forward feasiblerelevant suggestions while carrying out the service practice.Through multi-aspect comprehensive policy,the education-related problems faced by left-behind children will be solved to the utmost extent. |
