Legal Regulations On Child Abuse

The research on the protection of children's rights is a key area in academic circles and judicial practice.If a country does not have a perfect law and regulations to protect children's rights,it will inevitably lead to social instability.In such a social environment with imperfect legal system for the protection of children's rights,the frequent occurrence of child abuse causes the public to lose confidence in the role of legal protection and legal protection.Economic and social pressures have affected everyone's life,making people more and more stressed,less happy,more impetuous,less professional accomplishment,lack of patience and so on.This is the most fundamental reason for the high incidence of child abuse.In this complex material life relationship,there is no comprehensive and effective law to regulate child abuse in China.Therefore,I want to reflect on the current situation of the legal regulation of child abuse in China through this paper.For improvement is putting forward to mantian opinions and suggestions.There are three parts in this paper: The first part mainly analyses the concept,classification and causes of child abuse through the elaboration of the related concepts of child abuse.
