Research On Supply Of Public Pension Service In Urumqi

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.At present,China has entered an aging society.In terms of social old-age security,China is facing many new tasks and challenges.At present,the insufficient supply of public old-age services has seriously affected the demand of the elderly to pursue a better life for the elderly.The study of public pension service is conducive to finding out the problems existing in its development,and then putting forward corresponding countermeasures,improving the quality of public pension service supply,and actively coping with the aging crisis.Urumqi,as the capital of the autonomous region,has entered an aging society.The research on the supply of public pension services in Urumqi is both representative and significant.The research of this paper consists of 6 major parts.the first part is prologue,mainly introducing the background objective and magnificence of the research,sorting the relative research situation domestic and abroad,and stating the research method,its exact application and weaknesses of this paper.The second part focus on the definition of basic concepts and the illustration of relative theory.The third part is about the supply background of the public pension services in Urumqi.While the forth part is about the current supply situation: Analysis on A public Elderly House and B Daycare Center.The fifth part analyzes the existing problems and causes of the Urumqi public pension service.The sixth part states the solutions and suggestions of improving the Urumqi public pension services.By studying the current situation of public pension supply in Urumqi,this paper holds that although public pension service in Urumqi has achieved some results,there are also some problems hindering its development.Through the analysis of two typical cases in Urumqi,this paper concludes that there are five reasons that affect the quality of public pension service supply: insufficient participation of social forces;unclear positioning and function setting of public pension service;lack of attention to family care and formalization of volunteer service;weak awareness of paid service,lack of service standards and scarcity of medical professionals.On this basis,this paper puts forward the use of welfare pluralism theory and demand theory to help Urumqi improve the supply quality of public pension services.Six countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide better pension services for the elderly:improve the introduction mechanism of fund management and strengthen the participation of social forces;clarify the responsibility orientation and function settings of public pension services;change people's backward pension concept and standardize volunteer services;standardize the standards of pension services and strengthen supervision and feedback;build a long-term nursing system for professional development and development,and make full use of intelligent equipment to upgrade nursing services.
