A Study On Craftsman Spirit

With the progress of the society and the strong advocacy of the central government,the craftsman spirit has attracted more and more people's attention,and the society's understanding and practice of the craftsman spirit are also deepening.As a model of professional ethics,carrying forward the spirit of craftsman is conducive to promoting the construction of professional ethics in China.The interpretation of the traditional and contemporary connotation of craftsman spirit and the clarification of what is craftsman spirit can help individuals and enterprises better practice craftsman spirit and better understand and promote the ethical value of craftsman spirit.Through combing spirit of the traditional connotation and contemporary connotation,and compares the differences of Chinese and western of spirit,to clarify the spirit has the characteristics of professional ethics,probes into the carry forward the spirit of the main ethical issues,and finally explains the spirit to improve the important value of current professional ethics in our country.To explore the social background of expecting craftsman spirit in contemporary China is the starting point to understand why craftsman spirit is so valued and advocated.Based on the analysis of the general situation of professional ethics in China today,it is concluded that the field of professional ethics in China is suffering from a general lack of professional ethics.Through the description of the manifestation of professional ethics anomie,it is believed that the spirit of craftsman can correct the current situation of professional ethics anomie in China.This paper summarizes the common desire of all circles of society in China to reconstruct the spirit of craftsman,and expounds the great importance and vigorous advocacy of the spirit of craftsman in the documents of the party central committee.To define the essential connotation of craftsman spirit from the perspective of professional ethics is also the focus of discussion and attention.The connotation of craftsman spirit in Chinese traditional ethical thought has different characteristics from the contemporary meaning of craftsman spirit.Moreover,due to the differences in culture and history,the comparison between China and the west shows that the spirit of craftsman also has different connotations in Chinese context and western context.From the perspective of ethics,there are many ethical problems to be solved to promote the spirit of craftsman,which are mainly reflected in five aspects: the cognition of professional ethics,the emotion of professional ethics,the will of professional ethics,the belief of professional ethics and the behavior of professional ethics.Advocating and carrying forward the spirit of craftsman will exert various influences on China,among which the ethical value is particularly significant.The author believes that the spirit of craftsman can participate in the construction of professional ethics of Chinese citizens,improve the quality of professional ethics of citizens,and ultimately increase the professional happiness of professional practitioners and the happiness of the whole society.
