| With the increasing number of elderly people in China,especially in recent years,there have been frequent safety accidents in institutions for the elderly,and the safety management of institutions for the elderly has become increasingly prominent.However,the safety evaluation index system and evaluation model of old-age institutions have not been established in our country.At present,there are many researches on the safety of elderly care in the old-age care institutions,emotional care for the elderly,fire safety,etc.,but there are few studies on emergency management methods for emergencies.The analysis of topic selection has certain pertinence.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and discovery status of small private nursing homes in Tangshan City,this paper combs the causes of unexpected safety incidents in our country's pension institutions.Five main factors are fire,stampede,poisoning and other accidents,including personnel factors,environmental factors,management factors,equipment and facilities factors,security factors and so on.Through in-depth research and analysis,a set of safety evaluation index system suitable for small private nursing homes is constructed,which has 5 first-level indicators and 28 secondlevel indicators.This paper combines the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a safety evaluation model for small private nursing homes.Through the anonymous evaluation of various experts,the evaluation results are analyzed,and the judgment matrix of the evaluation index is obtained,and the weight of each index is calculated.Finally,an empirical study of a small private nursing home in Tangshan City is carried out.The model is used to evaluate the safety of the nursing home.The evaluation model is verified and the evaluation results are analyzed.The existing security problems of the nursing home are excavated.Finally,pertinent suggestions and improvement suggestions are given.Figure 6;Table 10;Reference 56... |
