Research On The Chinese Prosecution Group And Tokyo Trial

Tokyo Trial is a comparatively mature field in Japan and Western countries in terms of research experiences and research directions.For example,Japanese scholars had already begun study the Tokyo Trial in the 1950 s,western scholars also studied Tokyo trial from the perspectives of the jurisdiction of Tokyo Court,minority opinions of judges and even the Court analyses the language using.In contrast,due to shortages of historical materials and some other reasons,the research of Tokyo Trial is still in an embryonic stage among our Chinese scholars.As the country had suffered the longest invasion from the Japanese Army during the Second World War,China should have researched Tokyo Trial as it would be a crucial step in the process of restoring the history of China.As Tokyo Court adopted the Anglo-American Legal System,so the prosecutors would take charge of accusing the criminal crimes.The research subject in my paper is the Chinese Prosecution Group.By using the literature research method,mainly based on the basic historical materials,this article will show up the details of the activities of the Chinese Prosecution Group for the first time during Tokyo Trial.This paper includes the followings:The Introduction mainly introduces the background of the selected title,research method and according to research findings,this paper would make research in the weak point.The Body of this paper contains three charters.The First Charter describes the process of appointment and personnel movement of the members of the Chinese Prosecution Group.The Second Charter states the efforts made by the Chinese prosecutors preparing draft the indictment and searching evidence materials.The Third Charter shows activity characters of the Chinese prosecutors prosecuting crimes of the Japanese war criminals through analyzing their speech content in the court.The Fourth Charter reveals the historical facts about maintaining the trial results by the Chinese prosecutors.The Conclusion of this paper will summarize the effects of the Chinese Prosecution Group during Tokyo Trial.
