Research On Government Behavior In Sustainable Development Of Overseas Chinese Resources In Yongchun County

As a special resource,in different periods,overseas Chinese resources have made unique contributions to China's revolution and construction.In the face of new changes,new features and inter-regional competition in the new era,how can Yongchun County Overseas Chinese Affairs Department grasp the new overseas Chinese situation,meet new demands,correctly and effectively cultivate overseas Chinese resources,provide high-quality overseas Chinese services,and do a good job for overseas.It is particularly important for overseas Chinese to solve problems such as solving doubts,and liaising with friendships,further agglomerating overseas Chinese,bringing together overseas Chinese wisdom,exerting overseas Chinese power,safeguarding overseas Chinese,and making overseas Chinese resources sustainable.Based on the perspective of the overseas Chinese affairs department of Yongchun County Government,this paper combines the oretical analysis with actual research,literature research and specific case analysis.Based on the previous literature review,the current status of government behavior in the sustainable development of overseas Chinese resources in Yongchun County The analysis was carried out with the example of the Foreign Affairs & Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Yongchun County,promoting the sustainable development of overseas Chinese resources.Interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted to analyze the overseas Chinese situation under the new normal.It was found that the government has expanded channels and measures in promoting the sustainable development of overseas Chinese resources.There are some problems,such as lacking of platform and measures,Lack of innovation,single-handedness of the department,resource dispersion,not enough service for the introduced project,lower service level and so on.Analysing the reasons for the inefficiency of government behavior in the sustainable development of Yongchun overseas Chinese resources.It is concluded that the concept of thinking is lagging behind,the support of overseas Chinese theory is insufficient,the operational support of the policy is not strong,the energy of the overseas Chinese affairs department is insufficient,and the coordination mechanism of the department is still not perfect.This paper draws the following conclusions: The sustainable development and utilization of overseas Chinese resources has important significance for the economic development of Yongchun County.The county government's overseas Chinese affairs department should give full play to its advantages,forming a working idea to clarify and improve overseas Chinese information,establish a symbiosis concept,strengthen policy support,optimize services for overseas Chinese,and improve working mechanisms.At the same time,establishing the concept of overseas Chinese affairs for contributing to the cohesive work;deepening the expansion of overseas Chinese resources and enhancing cultural identity;optimizing the environment for attracting investment and talents,increase the synergy development;strengthening the construction of the rule of law and build a new pattern of rights protection work.All in all,helping overseas Chinese and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan compatriots to achieve deep-seated needs is conducive to promoting the sustainable development,development and utilization of overseas Chinese resources in Yongchun County.
