Research On Environmental Governance Of Xibin Town Government In Jinjiang City

Rural ecological environment governance is an important part of promoting rural revitalization,an inevitable move for rural ecological civilization construction,a key task for improving and safeguarding people's livelihood,and an urgent need for beautiful rural construction.Therefore,through the study of ecological environment governance issues,we can further promote the sustainable development of rural areas,strengthen ecological protection,improve the quality of life of farmers,and provide guarantees for the construction of beautiful villages and new socialist countryside.This research uses a combination of literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,and survey methods.It is stated that the Xibin Town Environmental Governance Agency mainly has various relevant departments at the county level.At the town level,a comprehensive management headquarters has been set up,with an office and 12 special command departments.Xibin Town is based on national and provincial-level policies and regulations on environmental governance.The environmental management supervision and inspection work is mainly carried out around the closure of the category,the relocation and integration,and the rectification and regulation.The environmental management effect is obvious,and the air quality and drinking water source are taken.The water quality compliance rate and acoustic environment quality have been significantly improved,and the overall quality is good.There is no acid rain in the precipitation monitoring.This study takes Xibin Town,Jinjiang City,Fujian Province as an example.Based on the analysis of the current situation of environmental governance in Jinbin Xibin Town Government,this paper finds out the problems in the environmental governance of the Xibin Town Government of Jinjiang City,namely the government fulfillment.The functions of the environmental governance institutions are scattered,the implementation of environmental protection policies and regulations is weak,and environmental protection supervision is not in place.The analysis of the problems in the government's performance of functions in environmental governance is mainly due to the fact that there is no effective combination of environmental governance between different departments.The concept of government environmental governance is biased,and the regulatory capacity of environmental governance is seriously insufficient.On the basis of fully analyzing the typical cases and enlightenments of rural ecological environment governance at home and abroad,from the three aspects of exploring the joint mechanism of government environmental governance,clarifying the objectives of environmental good governance,and strengthening the regulatory capacity building of environmental governance,the environment of Xibin Town Government was improved.Suggestions for the governance function.
