With the progress and development of society,volunteer service plays an increasing significant role in various fields of society.In recent years,Organization X of Xinjiang Autonomous Region,as a social assistance group,has played an important role in promoting the development of volunteer service in Xinjiang.But in the process of synchronizing the work of multi-sector volunteering,how to better strengthen the management of volunteer service and promote the sound and rapid development of volunteer service,these problems need us to seriously study,and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,in order to continuously improve the volunteer service management system of Organization X and promote the cause of volunteer service.In order to explore the effective ways to promote the management of volunteer service of X organization in Xinjiang Autonomous Region,this paper combines the author’s practice experience of participating in a large number of volunteer service work in Organization X of Xinjiang Autonomous Region,deeply understands the current situation of volunteer service management of Organization X in Xinjiang Autonomous Region through literature,interview and questionnaire survey,and uses social exchange theory and volunteer failure theory to analyze the existence of volunteer service management.The problems and their causes are discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through the research,we find that the main problems in the volunteer service management of the Organization X Association of Xinjiang Autonomous Region are the imperfect construction of the volunteer service information management platform,the lack of innovation in volunteer service publicity work,the inadequate training,incentives and protection of volunteers,etc.In view of these problems,the article finally puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the volunteer service management of Organization X from two aspects of volunteer management andvolunteer service management,such as strengthening the construction of volunteer service information management platform,innovating publicity methods,and further improving the volunteer training,incentive and guarantee mechanism.Through this study,I hope to provide some reference for improving the management ability of volunteer service of Organization X in Xinjiang Autonomous Region and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of volunteer service of Organization X.
