| The transportation industry is a basic industry with high sensitivity and driving degree.It is also the lifeblood of the country’s social and economic development.It plays a role in connecting the chains and links in the production process.The automobile industry is an important part of the transportation industry.It is closely related to people’s production and life.Its development can boost the economic development of a country and even become a pillar industry leading the economic development,reflecting the important aspects of the country’s core competitiveness.China’s auto industry is developing rapidly,bringing convenience to people’s production and life.It also brings problems such as environmental pollution,energy consumption,and traffic congestion.In particular,how to solve the negative externalization brought by the popularization of automobiles to the construction of green traffic has become the current A major issue in the transformation of the automotive industry,and the development of new energy vehicles has provided the direction to solve this problem.Therefore,in the context of the country’s proposal to develop green transportation,this paper is based on China’s laws to restrict high-pollution and high-energy vehicles,and actively encourages the promotion of new energy vehicles and green travel regulations,thus serving as railways,waterways,and civil aviation.Such as green development to provide ideas,to provide a reference for the law to better protect green transportation.This paper first expounds the definition and characteristics of green transportation,and clarifies the essence of green transportation.Secondly,it adopts two theoretical basis for sustainable transportation concept and external theory,policy orientation since the party’s 18 th National Congress,and foreign green transportation.The trend of legal protection discusses the necessity of developing green transportation in China and the necessity of using laws to guarantee green transportation.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of China’s law to guarantee green transportation,that is,on the one hand,through tax incentives and financial subsidies,to support and cultivate the development of new energy industries;on the other hand,through the formulation of fuel standards,emission standards and restrictions on the purchase of high pollution,High-energy vehicles and the development of dual-point policies force companies to develop new energy vehicles.Under the current legal guarantee,China’s transportation industry has made progress in energy conservation and environmental protection green development.However,due to tax incentives,financial subsidies,prevention of motor vehicle exhausting pollution and double-points,there are some shortcomings,so that relevant laws guarantee green transportation.The effect is not obvious.Finally,through comparative analysis and empirical analysis of the thinking path,learn from other countries and regions’ laws,propose to improve China’s green transportation legal protection,in order to promote further development of China’s green transportation,China’s construction of a powerful transportation country needs strong legal protection. |
