Reserach On Party Construction In Hub-type Social Organizations

From the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the "innovation of grassroots party building work and the consolidation of the organizational foundation of the party’s ruling" to the party’s 19 th National Congress proposed "to focus on improving organizational power,highlighting political functions,and to enterprises,rural areas,institutions,schools,and scientific research.The construction of grassroots party organizations such as institutions,street communities,and social organizations has become a strong fighting bastion for propagating the party’s ideas,implementing party decisions,leading grassroots governance,uniting and mobilizing the masses,and promoting reform and development.It can be seen that social organizations are at the grassroots level of innovation.The field of party building work is still highlighting its important value in implementing the party’s mass line and promoting social development.his paper actively considers and explores the "leading geese" in social organizations.How do pivotal social organizations set an example in the field of party building work,serve as a model,and then provide useful enlightenment for social organization party building research,especially the pivotal social organization party building work.This paper first systematically sorts out the core concepts of party building in hub-type social organizations,the theoretical logic of party building,and the development process and role of party building in social organizations.Secondly,taking the social service center organized by the Sichuan Provincial Group as a typical case,the predicament and causes of the party building of the social service center in Sichuan Province were discussed.Finally,based on the typical case of the Sichuan Provincial Group to organize the social service center,Xiao Xiaoda proposed countermeasures to strengthen the party building work of the hub-type social organization.Strengthening the research on the party building work of the pivotal social organization is really focusing on the theme of "playing the core role of the party organization and promoting the healthy development of social organizations".It is the main line of work that is truly implemented in the central and local focus on party building.The article puts forward optimization suggestions from three major dimensions on how to strengthen the party building work of the hub-type social organization,including the promotion of the "high" of party members’ political consciousness and strengthening the communication of party building work,from small to large,from case to overall.The "width" of linking,strengthening the work safety of party building,promoting the scientific evaluation of party building,and consolidating the "depth" of building the mass foundation of the party can not only provide ideas for the pivotal social organization to solve the practical problems in the work,but alsobe general.Social organizations,as well as the development of party building work in other fields,provide lessons for learning,lay a solid foundation for the party’s organization,and enhance the party’s organizational cohesion.
