| Under the new situation of accelerating globalization,the administration of entry and exit faces the daunting challenge of fulfilling the dual functions of safeguarding state sovereignty and security,providing entry and exit facilities for Chinese and foreign citizens,and realizing the dual functions of management and service in line with international practices and common practices.Shenyang is located in the northeast of our country and has a special geographical location.It is located in the center of Northeast Asia economic circle and the Bohai Rim economic circle,and is an important center of China’s economy as well as the main channel for the development of foreign trade.Today,Shenyang as a new free trade area function position,determined Shenyang’s entry and exit management work regardless of the depth,breadth and difficulty of management,are facing challenges and opportunities.This paper takes the issue of entry/exit management in Shenyang city as the research object,makes reference to the relevant research results at home and abroad,and investigates the current situation of entry/exit management in Shenyang city by means of literature analysis method and visiting investigation method to find the existing problems in entry/exit management in Shenyang city.Including: the lack of entry and exit management of foreigners,the inefficiency of daily management services,the quality of grassroots personnel to be improved,and the need to strengthen border inspection affairs management,etc.,analyze the reasons for the problems in immigration management in Shenyang.For example,management consciousness is lagging behind,information technology is not perfect,supervision assessment is lacking,comprehensive control is biased,etc.,fully draw on domestic and foreign experience in immigration management,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the immigration management problem in Shenyang,including improving immigration management policies and continuously strengthening informationization.We will establish and improve oversight mechanisms and improve border inspection management models. |
