Research On The Prevention And Control Of Social Risks In Rural Communities In The Background Of Social Transformation

At present,the society is in the transition period,the population flow is accelerating,the interest demand is diversified and the contradiction is increasingly prominent.Especially with the development of the new urbanization,the rural community is developing rapidly at an unprecedented speed.At the same time,all kinds of social risks are also gathered in the rural communities.The rural community gradually plays an important role in the grass-roots management of our country.on the one hand,the government's service and management function is gradually transferring to the rural community.On the other hand,the rural community needs to face the masses directly,and the various diversified demands and contradictions need to be solved.In particular,with the process of urbanization,all kinds of new problems and new contradictions emerge in endlessly because of the dismantlement,the hollowing and the breaking of the original social relations.These are all potential social risks.If these problems are not solved,it may further increase the risk of social risk and then produce greater danger Machine.This study uses literature research,interview,questionnaire and other methods to study the social risk prevention and control of the rural community in L city.First,the basic concepts and theories are clarified,the social risk and the concept of rural community are defined,and the theory of social transformation and the theory of the social conflict of the risk society are expounded.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,the social risks faced by the rural community in L city are combed,including the risk of the occurrence of group events by the "abnornal way" response,the increase of the risk of violent conflict and the unstable risk of the poor adaptation ability of the peasants in some of the lost land.There is a serious security risk,and the reasons for it are analyzed:first,the "special crowd" service guarantee is not in place,two is the lack of smooth channels for the expression of interest demands,the three is the old single mode of contradiction mediation,and the four is that the community risk prevention is too dependent on the government.Finally,from strengthening the "key crowd" service guarantee,the establishment of multiple participation in conflict mediation mode,unimpeded expression channels of appeal,and the establishment of multiple participation in the community risk prevention and control of the main 4 aspects of the prevention and control of the main body of countermeasures and suggestions.
