Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of E-government In Huaihua City

Creating a satisfactory service-oriented government is the overall goal of China’s socialist administrative reform.In the process of changing the administrative functions of the government,e-government is the best way to improve the efficiency and level of government services.In the context of the current information society,the application of network information technology has become more and more popular,which has greatly affected people’s daily life styles.It has also greatly promoted the transformation of government administrative methods and administrative functions,and improved government administrative efficiency and government.Service level has great significance and effect.China’s e-government is still in the initial stage of development.The theoretical research on this aspect in the domestic academic circles is mostly concentrated in the central government.The research on the provinces and ministries and commissions is also concentrated in this system,thus causing the city of China.The theoretical and practical research on e-government at county and district levels is in a blank state.According to the administrative structure of the Chinese government,local governments bear the key role of directly contacting the public and communicating with the people,which is the key to realizing the construction of comprehensive e-government in China.Whether local government affairs can create an e-government system that meets the requirements of current social services is directly related to the success or failure of China’s comprehensive creation of e-government,and is directly related to the administrative efficiency and service level of the government.This paper takes Huaihua City’s e-government as the empirical research object,summarizes the problems presented in the process of domestic e-government creation through field visits,comparative analysis and literature research,and analyzes the root causes of the problems.By drawing on the successful experience of foreign e-government and combining the author’s own practical experience,he put forward his own opinions and opinions on optimizing the e-government system platform and e-government management.
