The Research On Optimizing The "internet + Govermment Service" Of Guangxi Food And Drug Administration

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward to build a service-oriented government with the people at the center.It is an effective way to build a service-oriented government to promote the"Internet +government service",simplify the service process through the"Internet +",and solve the problem of grassroots people on"difficult enter,ugly face,difficult to do".After the institutional reform in 2013,Guangxi Food and Drug Administration started the construction road of"Internet + government service"and took the lead in launching the"Internet + government service"platform in the market supervision departments of Guangxi Industry and Commerce Administration and Guangxi Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision in 2014.Since the implementation of"Internet+ government service"there has handled more than 1.5 million of government service matters.Guangxi belongs to underdeveloped province in western China,the transportation is not convenient,while the service object type of Guangxi Food and Drug Administration are complex and the distribution is relatively scattered.The construction of"Internet+ government service"system covering autonomous regions,cities,counties and townships will bring great convenience to grassroots working people and staff and achieve data to run errands instead of people.However,there are still unsatisfactory places in the process of"Internet + government service"implementation.In the age of electronic information,the thinking of the public society is more divergent,and the government departments cannot stand still and refuse to make progress,they must keep pace with the times.The research on the optimization of"Internet + government service" has important theoretical value and practical significance for Guangxi Food and Drug Administration department especially for Guangxi Market Supervision Authority department which the new function was integrated after the institutional reform to give full play to the positive role of the Internet and further strengthen and improve the construction of service-oriented government.This paper takes the optimization of"Internet + government service " of Guangxi Food and Drug Administration as the research object,firstly,the paper explains the research background and significance of this topic,the research status at home and abroadand,the adopted research methods and innovations;Then elaborates the relevant theories of"Internet + government service";Thirdly,it introduces the current situation of"Internet+ government service "of Guangxi Food and Drug Administration,including its construction background,operation condition,platform functions,platform working mode and advancement;Fourthly according to its current situation,it summarizes its existing problems and analyze the causes of these problems;it introduces the advanced experience and successful practice of"Internet+ government service "construction at home and abroad;Through draw lessons from experience to come up with optimizing strategy to strengthen public participation,bring new technique,strengthen top design,improve internal management,establish relevant mechanism and others;Finally,the paper summarizes the full paper and proposes the shortcomings of the research.
