Research On The Responsibility Improvement Of The Leading Subject Of The Party's Work Style And Clean Government Construction In The New Era

Based on the current situation of fighting corruption and promoting integrity,this study analyzes the implementation of the Party's principal responsibility for building a clean government.Firstly,it defines the connotation of the main responsibility and leadership responsibility by using the method of literature research,explains the relevant theories of leadership responsibility,and uses the method of historical research to explain the performance and responsibility of leadership responsibility at the present stage.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the investigation situation and the main reasons for the existing problems,and finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of leadership responsibility and accountability in the main responsibility of building a clean and Honest Party style.This research mainly includes six parts:The introduction part summarizes the purpose and significance of the topic selection,the research status of the governance of political parties in foreign countries and the construction of clean government,as well as the mainstream views of domestic and foreign scholars at present,and expounds the overall thinking and general framework of the paper.The second part defines the connotation of leadership responsibility in building a clean and honest Party conduct.First,it defines the connotation of the main responsibility,then it analyses the main content of leadership responsibility,at the same time,it deeply defines the connotation of accountability in building a clean and honest Party conduct,and analyses the necessity of improving leadership responsibility in building a clean and honest Party conduct.The third part takes Xiangtan County of Hunan Province as an example to analyze the current situation of the implementation of leadership responsibility in the construction of Party conduct and clean government.First,it analyses the relevant achievements,then summarizes and analyses the problems in the implementation of leadership responsibility,and finally,it analyses the main reasons for the problems.The fourth part summarizes the experience of corruption control of foreign political parties,and introduces the relevant practices of leadership responsibility of foreign political parties on corruption,which can provide experience for the construction of Party conduct and clean government of the Communist Party of China and anti-corruption work.At the same time,the successful experiences and practices of promoting the implementation of leadership responsibility in building a clean and honest Party conduct in some areas of China are introduced,which paves the way for further improvement of leadership responsibility.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the CPC's leadership responsibility of building a clean and Honest Party style,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects through the analysis of the previous part.Finally,the conclusion part.This article is mainly a brief summary.Point out the inadequacy of the research and the direction of further exploration.
