Research On Xi Jinping's Poverty Alleviation Thought In The New Era

Since the founding of New China,the Party and the government have always regarded poverty eradication as an important goal to promote social development in China,and have explored a path of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics in many years of practice.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,poverty alleviation work of China has stepped into a new stage of development.Xi Jinping attaches great importance to poverty alleviation work.He has made a series of related expositions and expounded deeply on relevant issues,forming Xi Jinping's Poverty Alleviation Thought in the New Era.Under the scientific guidance of this thought,after years of practice,anti-poverty cause in China has achieved great success.Based on Xi Jinping's important expositions on poverty alleviation since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper systematically summarizes them and explores the characteristics and value of this idea.Firstly,this paper studies the theoretical origin and practical basis of Xi Jinping's Poverty Alleviation Thought in the New Era.In terms of theoretical origin,this paper studies the anti-poverty thoughts of Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jing Zemin,Hu Jintao.On the basis of practice,this paper studies Xi Jinping's large number of poverty alleviation practices in Liangjiahe period of Northern Shaanxi,Zhengding period of Hebei Province,Fujian period,Zhejiang period and after the 18 th National Congress.This paper then studies the main contents of Xi Jinping's Poverty Alleviation Thought in the new era,including the four problems of "whom to support","who to support","how to support" and "how to exit" to solve poverty alleviation in the new era.To solve the problem of "whom to support",we need to approve the accurate identification of the base number and dynamic management of file and card establishment.To solve the problem of "who to support",we need to strengthen the responsibility of organizational leadership,stimulate the endogenous motive force of the masses and rally all forces of the society.To solve the problem of "how to support",we need to cultivate characteristic industries,implement relocation,make ecological compensation,develop educational undertakings,increase capital investment,improve medical security and guarantee social security.To solve the problem of "how to exit",we need to establish and improve the exit mechanism and evaluate the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.Finally,this paper studies the distinct characteristics and important value of Xi Jinping's Poverty Alleviation Thought in the New Era.Through the study of relevant important expositions,we can see that this thought has distinct popularity,scientificity,realism and systematicness.This thought also enriches and develops Marxist anti-poverty theory,guarantees the realization of building a well-off society in China,and contributes Chinese wisdom and program to international cause of poverty reduction.
