On The Legal Regulation Of The Disclosure Of Administrative Punishment Information

Nowadays,the disclosure of administrative punishment information exists as a new type of government regulation.It has been widely quoted in the fields of food and drug safety,environmental protection,securities management,public security enforcement,and even in the field of intellectual property protection.The reason why the disclosure of administrative punishment information is so widely is that the disclosure of administrative punishment information can meet the needs of the public,and it can also maintain the balance between public interest and private interests in administrative activities.However,the application of administrative penalty information disclosure,due to its lack of corresponding laws and regulations.This easily leads to the abuse of the results of administrative punishment in the scope and manner,and the rights and interests of the parties are not effectively protected.The focus of this paper is to improve the legal regulation of the disclosure of administrative punishment information.This paper believes that the disclosure of administrative punishment information belongs to the category of government information disclosure,but because of the particularity of its information,it will have a negative impact on the relatives and their relatives before they are analyzed independently.From the current analysis of the legal norms of administrative punishment information disclosure,it is mainly based on the "Regulations on the Openness of Government Information." Therefore,at the macro level,it is regulated according to government information disclosure,and the relevant laws are mainly formulated to strengthen the protection of the right to know;At the micro level,the substantive issues,procedural regulations and relief systems for disclosure of administrative punishment information are refined.
