Cooperation Mechanism Between Non-governmental Organization And The Government

Non-profit organizations have been developing with the continuous progress of economy and society in the new era,and have become an important force in China's socialist modernization drive.Especially since the beginning of the new century,the functions of our government have begun to change,and we have actively explored the reform of the management system of non-profit organizations.With the all-round development of the market and society,the vitality of social organizations has been activated and released.Nevertheless,China's non-profit organizations are still at the stage of growth.They are still facing the low level of self-construction and the imperfection of the social work construction security system.This also requires more and more appropriate interaction and cooperation between non-profit organizations and the government,and more support and cooperation from the government in guiding the development of social organizations.In the process of developing non-profit organizations with the government,the legal and policy system guaranteed by the cooperation mechanism between non-profit organizations and the government is still not perfect,the supervision and management system of the cooperation between non-profit organizations and the government is not perfect,the transfer responsibility of the government and the deviation of non-profit organizations from the public welfare goals lead to unsustainable cooperation,and there are various contradictions in the process of cooperation between non-profit organizations and the government.? Then how to give full play to the role of non-profit organizations as the third sector,strengthen cooperation with the government in practice,and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.Based on the favorable conditions of the early development of market economy and the rapid development of social organizations in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,this paper suggests that we should persist in cultivating and standardizing management,vigorously improve the quality of cooperation between government and social organizations,standardize and guide social organizations to participate in social governance and public services in an orderly manner,and look forward to establishing a set of government and public services that meet the needs of the market and have Shenzhen characteristics.The institutional framework,working mechanism and organizational system of cooperative and Co-governance of non-profit organizations,through authorization of social organizations,the government has achieved the goal of promoting public interests,while social organizations,through cooperation of the government,enhance their legitimacy and ability to engage in public affairs,truly form a new pattern of government and social co-governance,thus enabling Shenzhen to truly implement General Secretary Xi.Principles and requirements.
