Research On The Irregular Phenomenon And Countermeasures In The Communication Of Socialist Ideology In Colleges And Universities

On August 19,2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national propaganda and ideological work conference that for the communist party of china ideological work is extremely important.On October 15,2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech at the Symposium on Literature and Art Work that the core socialist values should be internalized into people's spiritual pursuit and externalized into people's conscious action.On April 19,2016,at the Symposium of Network Security and Information Workers,it was pointed out that the core values of socialism and outstanding achievements of human civilization should be used to nourish people's hearts and society.From August 21 to 22,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on propaganda and ideological work that we should strengthen the innovation of means of communication and discourse so as to let the Party's innovative theory be known.On March 18,2019,at the symposium of teachers of school ideological and political theory classes,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that using the socialist ideology with new Chinese characteristics to cultivate people.The dissemination of socialist ideology in Colleges and universities is an important part of ideological work,which has extremely important value at present.For various reasons,the irregular phenomenon exists in the socialist ideology communication in colleges and universities,which seriously affects the socialist ideology communication in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to study on the irregular noise phenomenon and countermeasures in the socialist ideology communication in colleges and universities.This article starts from four aspects:The first section:This paper discusses the connotation and manifestations of the irregular phenomenon in the socialist ideology communication in colleges and universities.The discussion of connotation starts from two angles of the broad sense and narrow sense.In a broad sense,the noise phenomenon refers to the obstacles existing in the spread of socialist ideology in colleges and universities.In a narrow sense,the noise phenomenon refers to the sound which appears in the propagation of socialist ideology in colleges and universities and is not in harmony with the socialist ideology.Forms of the irregular phenomenon are mainly divided into,semantic noises and differential noises,as well as classroom noises,academic noises and network noises.The second part:This paper expounds the harmfulness of noise phenomenon in the spread of socialist ideology in colleges and universities.The harmfulness is mainly manifested in weakening young students' understanding and identification of socialist ideology,impacting the guiding position of socialist ideology,and influencing the exertion of the role of socialist ideology.The third part:This paper expounds the causes of noise phenomenon in the spread of socialist ideology in colleges and universities.With the invasion of western ideology,socialist ideology is threatened;communication problems breed,and the spread of socialist ideology in Colleges and universities is weak;the environment is complex and diverse,and the spread of socialist ideology in Colleges and universities is hindered.The fourth part:The strategy of eliminating the noise phenomenon is put forward.For example,we should strengthen theoretical construction,pay attention to team building,improve communication methods and optimize communication environment.
