With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,in order to improve the family's economic situation and seek better development,a large number of rural surplus laborers have flooded into the cities and gathered into a new group of migrant workers. However, subject to the urban-rural dual system, the "space urbanization" of migrant workers does not represent the urbanization of their identity.Coupled with the limitations of economic ability, social relations and other conditions,it is not easy for them to bring their children into the city. The only thing they can do is to leave their children in their hometowns for care. This has spawned another new group—rural left-behind children. For them, the family functions are weakening, the schoo's function is insufficient,so mass media has assumed important responsibilities in the growth of rural left-behind children. With the development of information media, the Internet has also invaded the lives of rural residents in a fierce situation. As a special group,left-behind children in rural areas are also undergoing a quiet change. The Internet is bound to have a major impact on the lives of left-behind children in rural areas. This report selects some left-'behind children in Yuanji village,Wuhe County,Anhui Province as interviewees, hoping to use in-depth interviews, participation observations, questionnaires, etc.to gain a deeper understanding of the online world of rural left-behind children in rural areas, and present it to the readers in a true and objective manner.
