Since the reform and opening started, along with the continuous development of traditional agricultural productivity and the population of rural surplus labor gradually increased, there are more and more rural laborers rushing into the city or the economical quite developed area to be engaged in the jobs of modern industry to make a living.however, A large number of migrant peasants to go out of the countryside had brought great effects to their children, On the one hand, some farmers also gradually expect higher incomes, and transform their ideological concept, which played an important role in the enhancement the material demands for their children and changement the teaching their minor children concept, but on the other hand, it is difficult for migrant peasants to discipline their children, communicate with their children at psychological, which brought huge influence for the welfare of Left-behind children.Therefore,it is necessary to have full knowledge of left-behind children welfare state and comprehensive analysis its influencing factors by the rural workers, Promote positive effect and reduce negative effect, and give some relevant advices, it plays an important role in improving the rural left-behind children’s welfare level, promoting the comprehensive development of left-behind children.After studying the related literature and analysis on the characteristics of influencing factors of welfare, the welfare of left-behind children was analyzed by using Amartya.Sen ability method theory and theory of welfare economics, this paper respectively establish welfare function space of rural left-behind children with sixteen aspects. Some successful study and questionnaires of280left-behind children in Huangchuan, Guangshan, Xinxian and so three counties in Xinyang cities of Henan province.The author used the furry mathematics to emasculate the membership degree and weight of sixteen aspects, and give the analysis of factors influencing the welfare of left-behind children.Through the analysis of the above aspects, this paper concluded that the following conclusions.(1) The overall standard of left-behind children welfare was low.(2) The welfare of left-behind children in plain is better than that in hill area, At the same time,The welfare of left-behind children in hill is better than that in mountain area.(3)The Research found positive relationship between over all welfare of left-behind children and economy development level of area where left-behind children live in.(4)Overall welfare of left-behind schoolboy is better than that of schoolgirl.(5) The ability of self-governing and psychology of Left-behind children in mountain area is superior to those in plain and hill area.In view of the above conclusions, this paper argues the following advises will improve the welfare of left-behind children.(1)The parents should try to preserve complete family function,When they go out for working, parents try not to migrant work at same time. And try to increase frequency of going home, improve communication with children.(2) Boarding schools should be introduced in rural area, The school should conduct a general survey,and build files of left-behind children, Specific education from school should be provided to suit left-behind children.(3) The government should establish the left-behind children support system,and actively encourage the city public schools to accept rural left-behind children whose parents work at city.(4) It is essential to create an atmosphere in society at large for helping left-behind children through the support of public opinion. |
