Study On The System Construction Of China's Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China for the first time proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.At present,the biggest obstacle to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy lies in the drawbacks of the system and mechanism.Based on the latest theoretical research results,this paper focuses on a comprehensive study of the institutional construction of the rural revitalization strategy.The paper is divided into four parts around the theme:The first part mainly defines the relevant concepts of the rural revitalization strategy,analyzes the vicissitude course of the institutional construction of the rural revitalization strategy,and puts forward the institutional construction significance of strengthening the rural revitalization strategy.The second part mainly discusses the strategy of rejuvenating rural system construction in the rural governance system,the basic management system,as well as ecological environment protection system,and so on the essence of the results,at the same time,emphatically expounds the strategy of rejuvenating rural system construction in land management system,talent introduction mechanism,culture system and public service system,as well as the reality of the situation.The third part mainly analyzes the reasons for the predicament of the institutional construction of the rural revitalization strategy,including the low level of rural productivity development,the obstacles of the urban-rural dual structure,and the lag of villagers' ideas.The fourth part mainly aims at the existence dilemma and the reason,proposed the countryside revitalization strategy the system construction path,mainly from the party leadership,the consummation grass-roots level democracy construction mechanism,the consummation culture system,the public service system and so on aspect carries on the elaboration.
