Family planning,as China’s basic national policy,has been in place for decades,and its original intention is to balance the rapid growth of the population with the economic development of the entire society.After the implementation,the effect was remarkable and the original idea was perfectly achieved.However,there have been some hidden dangers-the family of only children has grown exponentially,and when the only child in a family has died due to accidents,illness or other circumstances,the parents in the family have lost their trust,and the family has lost.This is a special group of “legacy” due to policy and economic adjustment.In recent years,its team has also been expanding.With the emergence of this situation,the problem of old-age families has become more and more serious,and has been affected by all walks of life.extensive attention.The state and the government have also taken note of this issue,promulgating relevant regulations and policies for regulation,but mainly focusing on the economic level,and the assistance is relatively weakly targeted,unable to meet the special requirements of this vulnerable group,and for the assistance of the disabled families.There is still a long way to go.Based on this,this paper selects the urban single-family families in Anshan City as the research object.After reading and analyzing the literature or newspapers published by many scholars and national governments in recent years,the research experience of previous scholars is summarized and incorporated into this paper.Then,through questionnaires,field interviews and other survey methods,we have a basic understanding of the status quo and the situation of old-age families in Anshan City,such as physical condition,economic situation and social environment,and then analyze and master the urban old-age care homes in Anshan City.The main dilemmas faced mainly include the three dimensions of economy,life and spirit.Then,through regression analysis,the factors affecting the endowment needs of families in needless families are defined,and the related concepts of demand theory are combined to construct the old-age family rescue system for urban families in Anshan City,including the construction principles.From the perspectives of stage division,main body positioning and division of labor and overall resource integration,combined with demand analysis,suggestions are made from standardizing laws and regulations,attaching importance to daily family care,establishing psychological assistance institutions,helping independent families to become independent and building a special old-age model.To make the government better Loss of family alone to solve the pension problem,building a harmonious society.
