China is in a period of rapid economic and social development and gradual transformation of social structure.The age of "getting old before getting rich" is rapidly approaching,which makes the government face a heavy burden of providing for the aged.In the community,volunteer service for the aged,as a new mode of providing for the aged,has been paid more and more attention.By encouraging healthy and willing young people and some middle-aged people who are about to enter the old age and hope to complete the transformation of social roles to actively participate in the voluntary service for the aged in the community,the mode can satisfy their willingness to participate in the voluntary service for the aged in the community,at the same time,it can stimulate the vitality of the elderly in the community and meet the needs of the elderly in the community,thus alleviating the society to a certain extent.Old-age pressure.This paper takes the D-Street Endowment Voluntary Service Organization in C City as the research object,combs the development status of D-Street Endowment Voluntary Service Organization,and summarizes the structural deformity of the volunteer team in organizational capacity-building of this organization.Lack of exhibition,service effectiveness and safety risks are uncontrollable,and lack of scientific assessment means.Under the guidance of the theory of organizational behavior,social workers adopt the professional method of group work,presuppose and construct the supply framework of organizational capacity-building including organizational culture mechanism,organizational operation propaganda mechanism,organizational internal governance mechanism and organizational external supervision mechanism,so as to improve the overall capacity-building level of the old-age voluntary service organization.At the same time,on the basis of satisfaction survey and member interviews,this paper summarizes the problems in the implementation stage and evaluation stage of group service intervention,such as propaganda,incomplete activity design,inadequate use of professional skills,unreasonable evaluation methods and personnel structure.Finally,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as the continuous participation of social workers in the capacity-building of volunteer organizations for the aged,enhancing the social participation of the middle-aged and the elderly,vigorously training professional social workers,strengthening the input of various resources,and promoting the "time savings" mode of mutual assistance for the aged,so as to make the future development of volunteer organizations for the aged more sustainable.
