Research Of Influence Of Elderly Preferential Projects On Elderly Subjective Sense Of Happiness

The huge elderly group is accompanied by a series of elderly problems,and has become the domestic livelihood problems which should be immediately solved in our country.The policies and institutional arrangements for the welfare of the elderly have received the attention of local governments.Beijing is one of the cities entered the aging population earlier,and releasing the preferential policies targeted at the elderly.as the political and cultural center of our country,Beijing has the effect of guiding and demonstrating the promulgation and operation of the system.Therefore,the research of the policies arrangement and implementation effects of elderly preferential systems in Beijing is of great significance for promoting the institutionalized and legalized process of elderly welfare in our country.This paper focuses on the policy of preferential treatment for the elderly in Beijing.Based on the theory of active aging,welfare pluralism and social support,on the basis of the research results at home and abroad,it carries out research with data in The Fourth Sampling Investigation of Living Conditions of Urban and Rural Elderly in China through the method of Probit and Ordered probit.First of all,it proposes the issue and describes the status quo.It indicates the research background of the paper,defines the basic concepts of elderly preferential and subjective sense of happiness,makes clear the idea and framework,summarizes related theories,integrates existing academic researches,sorts out the development process and institution status of elderly preferential policy nationwide and in Beijing.Secondly,it conducts empirical research and analyzes the problems.On the basis of briefly stating the method application and data source,it summarizes the use conditions of elderly with different characteristics in the different preferential projects,integrates the elderly people’s different attitudes in questions such as positive emotion,negative emotion and self-examination of sense of happiness.Conduct an empirical study on 2,426 samples to further analyze the impact of free medical examination,general outpatient registration reduction,public transportation fare reduction,and park ticket reduction on the subjective well-being of the elderly.Finally,it summarizes the text and proposes the solution.According to the research and discussion of the paper,it makes summary in terms of the design idea of the institutions,coverage scope,and responsibility subject.And it proposes the development suggestions for the elderly preferential policy in Beijing.
