After graduation,many students of higher vocational colleges in China have devoted themselves to the development of the central and western regions of China or overseas assistance projects,which has gradually become an important force in the modern construction of socialism and the internationalization strategy of Belt and Road.The basic knowledge of law is the basic knowledge that the students of higher vocational colleges in our country need to study.This article starts with the importance of the law basis curriculum of the higher vocational colleges of our country,aiming at some phenomena existing in the law foundation classroom of the higher vocational colleges of our country.According to the characteristics of the students in higher vocational colleges,the specialty characteristics of students,and the market needs of the students after employment,this paper makes a systematic research on the instructional design of the law basis curriculum in higher vocational colleges in our country.This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the instructional design of the law basic curriculum of higher vocational colleges in China from seven aspects:analysis of learning needs,analysis of learning content,analysis of learners,design of instructional objectives,design of instructional strategy(including instructional organization,instructional methods and instructional media),instructional design process,evaluation of instructional design,etc,.At the same time,according to the analysis and research,this paper makes a practical study in the form of writing on the instructional design of the curriculum of "relevant Law in Professional Life" from "ideological and moral cultivation and law basis" in Class 1003 of Maritime Technical Specialty Higher Vocational College in Shandong Province.And this paper discusses the practice of reflection of the instructional design.This study demonstrates that the law basis curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges in China should be systematically designed according to the characteristics of students,the characteristics of majors and the needs of the times.
