Design And Implementation Of Infrastructure Project Approval System

With the rapid development of the Internet era,data information has also entered a stage of explosive growth.For the government service department,the e-government system is very important.Since many e-government systems were the product of a decade ago,the problem of information isolation is very serious.Therefore,the trans-formation of the e-government system is inevitable.In a government service system,a new approval system needs to be established,which is mainly for some infrastructure projects.Through this system,the original complicated approval process can be sim-plified.The approval process no longer requires the user to handle it in person,but the whole process is handled on the network,and the approval information of each depart-ment is integrated,which can realize information sharing,reduce waste of resources and improve work efficiency.This thesis refers to the development and status quo of the e-government system,using the industry’s popular SOA architecture to build the system.By determining sys-tem boundaries and requirements analysis,the entire system is divided into four mod-ules:user management module,approval management module,information manage-ment module and system setting module.Each module acts as a microservice,ensuring system scalability.The overall structure of the system adopts the Spring framework,and the Dubbo framework is used to provide RPC services to the system.The Shiro framework provides security support.On the basis of the demand analysis,the enti-ty relationship of the system is determined,and the structure of the database and the specific fields of each table are designed.Finally,the detailed design of each module of the system is carried out,and the whole system project is implemented by using micro-service technology.The system has been put into trial use.At the stage of the completion of the first phase of the transformation,the electronic approval function has been well implement-ed,which basically meets the needs of government personnel,and the second phase of development is still in progress.
