Research On Rapid Linkage Mechanism Of Group Labor Dispute

Labor disputes are disputes between workers and employers caused by contradictions between economic interests related to labor and other legitimate rights and interests caused by wages and benefits,insurance protection,etc.Contradictions between workers and employers arise with labor relations,and the resulting labor disputes and their evolution into group labor disputes are often social problems that are difficult to ignore.With the change of the mode of labor relations in China,the types of labor disputes can be divided into rights disputes and interests disputes according to their nature.The trend of development is that interests disputes become more and more prominent,which also shows that labor standards alone can not meet the requirements of the development of labor relations.Under the limited role of collective bargaining system,workers have to resort to group labor disputes to improve treatment and working conditions.In practice,group labor disputes are mostly interest disputes,and the current labor dispute settlement mechanism can not effectively solve such disputes,which poses new challenges and new requirements for the labor dispute settlement mechanism.On the basis of defining the concept and characteristics of group labor disputes,this paper analyses its causes and current situation of mediation.Taking typical cases of group labor disputes in Wenzhou and local exploratory models such as "mediation,adjudication and adjudication" in Cangxi County as reference objects,this paper studies the rapid linkage mechanism of group labor disputes,in order to promote the improvement of the linkage processing model jointly participated by labor supervision and security departments,trade unions,arbitration and other institutions,so as to make it fast,concrete,micro and operable.In order to effectively solve group labor disputes,build a harmonious labor relationship,and maintain social stability.
