Study On The Practice Of Rural Revitalization Strategy In Rong County Of Guangxi

Xi Jinping's rural revitalization strategy originates from Marx and Engels' theory of rural construction,inherits and develops the theory of rural construction of the main leaders of successive dynasties since the founding of the people's Republic of China,and began to sprout in the period of youth that going to the countryside.Initially developed in the period of local office,and finally formed in the period of central government leadership.Xi Jinping's 20-word demand for rural revitalization strategy contains its main contents,that is,the thought of industrial prosperity,the thought of ecological livability,the thought of rural civilization,the thought of effective governance,and the thought of living well-to-do.Through on-the-spot investigation on the rural development of Rong County,Guangxi Rong County,Licun Town,Shizhai Town,Ziliang Town,Rong Zhou Town,Rong Xi Town and the Agricultural Bureau of Rong County,Guangxi,to understand the rural development situation in Guangxi Rong County,It is found that in recent years,the strategic work of rural revitalization in Rong County of Guangxi has made certain achievements in the top design,key fields,rural style civilization and rural governance promotion,but there is still a relatively slow development of agriculture-related industries.The results of the construction of "Beautiful Rong County" are low,the phenomenon of uncivilized rural style still exists,the construction of safe and rural areas is still not perfect,and it is difficult for farmers to achieve prosperity in life and so on.The main causes of these problems include: government-led involvement The role of agricultural development is still not strong enough,the investment in ecological construction funds is insufficient,the system and equipment for garbage treatment is not perfect,the inheritance of traditional fine culture is ignored by the bad atmosphere,and many factors restrict the construction of safe villages.Rural rich channels are few and government support is not strong enough.In view of the main problems mentioned above,I think Xi Jinping's strategy for rural revitalization should be used as a guide,and the following five major measures should be adopted to promote the strategic work of rural revitalization in Rong County of Guangxi to achieve practical results: tamping down the foundation of agriculture-related industries;Develop and prosper characteristic brand industry,develop clean ecological countryside,build "BeautifulRong County",strengthen the thought of civilization and culture,and develop the new modern culture.To consolidate the core leadership of the Party and government,build a modern governance system,attack the people's livelihood and education,and develop healthy and prosperous villages.
