Study On The Improvement Of Farmers' Ideological And Political Literacy In The New Era

The peasants in the new era are the main and new forces in the rural rejuvenation of our country in the new era.Their ideological and political accomplishment is related to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era.China's rural decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way and building socialist modernization in an all-round way to achieve two major historical tasks.The ideological and political accomplishment of the peasants in the new era is the core quality of the peasants in the new era,which is mainly composed of the ideological accomplishment,the political accomplishment and the moral accomplishment.In the new era,peasants' ideological accomplishment,political accomplishment and moral accomplishment have their own connotation,but they influence each other and depend on each other,which together constitute the ideological and political accomplishment of peasants in the new era.According to the 19 th CPC National Congress,It is necessary to improve the rural governance system which combines autonomy,rule by law and rule by virtue.Therefore,as the main body of the rural governance system in the new era,exploring the promotion of farmers' ideological and political literacy has become the primary task of deepening the rural governance system and solving the current "three rural issues".Also is the current academic attention and research hot and difficult issues.Focusing on the promotion of farmers' ideological and political literacy in the new era,this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of the ideological and political literacy of peasants in the new era,and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the ideological and political literacy of Chinese peasants in the new era.Aiming at the problem of peasants' ideological and political accomplishment in the new era,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the peasants' ideological and political literacy.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the connotation and characteristics of peasants' ideological and political literacy in the new era,deeply analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the peasants' ideological accomplishment,political accomplishment and moral accomplishment in the new era,and combines the characteristics of the new era.This paper analyzes the present situation of peasants' ideological and political accomplishment in the new era.The second chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in the peasants' ideological and political accomplishment in the new era,and analyzes the problems existing in the peasants' ideological accomplishment,political accomplishment and moral accomplishment from the internal and external factors of the farmer's main body in the new era,in order to analyze the problems in the peasants' ideological accomplishment,political accomplishment and moral accomplishment from many angles.Multi-level analysis to explore the factors affecting the improvement of farmers' ideological and political literacy in the new era.The third chapter focuses on the ideological and political literacy of farmers in the new era,and discusses the countermeasures to improve the ideological and political literacy of peasants in the new era.Especially,it mainly focuses on the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,the optimization of inner mechanism of rural grass-roots ideological and political work and strengthening the construction of rural Internet culture,in order to promote farmers' ideological and political literacy from various angles and directions.
