A Comparative Study On The Trust Degree Of Grass-roots People To Village,Township And County Governments

"If the peasants are peaceful,the country can be peaceful.".Since ancient times,farmers are the decisive factor for the stability of Chinese state power.In the 21 st century,China still has the largest number of peasants in the world.The 900 million peasants in China are still the typical representatives of the grass-roots people in our country.They are also the important forces that determine the rapid economic development,prosperity and strength of our country and the great rejuvenation of our nation.Political trust,as a "signal lamp" reflecting the state of grass-roots governance,can not be underestimated.As the grass-roots unit of peasant group life,village-level organizations play a fundamental role in the process of social governance as the "nerve endings" of the government management system.The two committees of the village are the most closely contacted by the peasant groups,followed by the township and county governments,and from the establishment of districts and cities to provincial level and then to the central level.The government has basically exceeded the daily life latitude of peasant groups.Therefore,in the investigation and study of the trust degree of grass-roots people oriented to farmers,the in-depth comparison and analysis of the county,Township and village governments and organizations is particularly important.Through field visits and investigation interviews in 10 administrative villages in 5 little cities of two prefecture-level cities(Y city and X city)in Western Jiangxi,this paper conducts an empirical study on the trust degree of grass-roots village-level organizations to county-district-level governments,conducts targeted investigation interviews with different local sample groups,and obtains village-level organizations and township administration in the sample area.The comprehensive trust report of government and county and district governments,and then through the comprehensive comparative analysis of the data results,comb out the current situation of trust in different levels of government,the reasons for lack and improvement measures.In order to enhance the cohesion,centripetal force and affinity of grass-roots government organizations,and further build a harmonious trust relationship between the government to provide data support and decision-making help.
