Problems And Countermeasures Of Housing Security For College Graduates In Wuhan

In 2011,the construction of public rental housing began in China.After that,on the level of the State Council,under the level of Wuhan municipal government,relevant policies are continuously introduced to protect residents’ housing.For the first time,the first graduating college students have joined the policy guarantee population.This change will help to improve the housing problems facing the students who have entered the society.However,due to the late introduction of the relevant security policy,there are still many problems in practical practice.The system of public rental housing still needs to be improved to solve the existing housing problems,such as low living rate and high rent.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of housing security for college students in Wuhan for the first time,points out the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.This paper studies the housing status of the primary employment students in Wuhan and analyzes the current housing security policy and implementation.Through the related theories,this paper makes a thorough investigation and Analysis on the housing problems encountered by the college students in Wuhan for the first time,and in turn from the shortcomings of the policy,the thinking of the revision of the policy and the reform of the policy.Three specific solutions are put forward for reference to the housing security problems encountered by college students in Wuhan for the first time.The study finds that Wuhan attaches great importance to the housing of University graduates.Through housing rent subsidy and improvement of affordable housing,the housing security problem of Wuhan university graduates has been solved.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of employment scale of Wuhan University graduates,the housing demand of Wuhan university graduates is increasing day by day.The main problems of housing security for college graduates in Wuhan are the serious shortage of housing supply,the need for further expansion of the security object,the simplicity of the security method,the relatively low level and the poor matching of housing facilities.These are the main reasons why the housing security of graduates in Wuhan is not perfect.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions on housing security policy for graduates in Wuhan.After the study,the author puts forward the following suggestions on the above questions:first,because the students of the first employment in Wuhan have certain particularity,they should set up a youth apartment with directivity to help the group get better housing security.Secondly,it is necessary to adjust relevant policies according to the actual situation.In the adjustment of relevant policies,we should pay attention to the future needs and ensure that the development of policies can meet the needs of reality.Furthermore,on the issue of housing security,it is necessary to rely on the guidance of the government to put "people" in the first place,to avoid unfair problems driven by interests,to improve the efficiency of relevant work and to solve problems faster and better.Finally,we should expand and optimize the policy impact,try all kinds of new housing security methods,try to use the fund to guarantee the rent expenditure,rationally divide the housing space,and strengthen the equipment of the infrastructure and so on,and constantly promote the improvement of the relevant policies.
