Actions such as seeking network exposure to create public opinion, various mass incidents(signature petitions, demonstrations, strikes, etc.)are considered to be a "deviant"action that transcends the current institutional framework. Also called non-institutionalized political participation. In recent years, the combination of Internet and focus has shown a normalization trend, which has caused intense discussion among netizens and differentiation of online public opinion.Especially when the Internet has became an important link and tool for the National governance, this trend has also profoundly affected the political participation behavior of ordinary individuals and the social governance concepts and means of the government. From what has been discussed above, this paper uses the "2013 China Netizens Ideology Survey" hosted by Mr.Ma Deyong from Renmin University of China to analyze the impact of Internet users' daily network information contact on their non-institutionalized political participation tendency. The study found that trusting the official media can weaken the individual's tendency to non-institutionalized political participation, and trusting the unofficial media can strengthen the individual's tendency toward non-institutionalized political participation. In addition, the article introduces two regulatory variables, organizational form and social mentality, which represent the organizational structure factors and individual factors that influence individual political participation,so as to analyze the impact of daily Internet information contact on individual non-institutionalized political participation. The study found that the weakening effect of trusting the official media on the non-institutionalized political participation tendency of the groups within the system is greater than that of the private and foreign groups. The strengthening effect of trusting unofficial media on individuals'non-institutionalized political participation tendency is greater than that on individuals with good social mentality.Another finding of the study is that the ideology of netizens also has an important impact on the individual's tendency to non-institutionalized political participation.Left-wing party are even more reluctant to participate in non-institutionalized political activities, and right-wing party are more likely to participate. On the issue of non-institutionalized political participation, the Left-wing party regards this unconventional action as a challenge to the existing political rule and social order,so it has a negative attitude;in the right-wing party view,non-institutionalized political participation is Maintain social fairness and justice, and have a high tendency to participate in attitudes. The author believes that due to the differences in the presentation and value judgment of political information between the official media and the non-official media,it may lead to the division of the individual's political perception and attitude. In particular, more negative information from unofficial media may lead to a decline in the level of individual political trust,They are more likely to adopt unconventional means to express their feelings and interests, and thus show a higher tendency of non-institutionalized political participation.
