At present,with the development of China's economy and the deepening advancement of reform,the annual audit projects of auditing organs will multiply in the future.If only relying on the existing strength,it will be difficult to shoulder such a heavy audit task.The talent shortage is an urgent problem which needs to be solved by the current.Employment is the main source of manpower supply for audit system.However,the present situation is serious,the shortage of talent and the lack of audit power are the urgent problems existing in the grass-roots audit team.This paper study on the causes and countermeasures of employee brain drain in NX Audit Office.And there is an increasingly grave situation of employee brain drain in audit system.Working under the great pressure,and there is an enormous gap remains between the employee and civil servant in terms of status and treatment,the turnover rate of the employees is very high,which has exacerbated the shortage of talent.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research,and the concept from employee brain drain,relevant theoretical analyzes,employee brain drain model,influences,causes and countermeasures of employee brain drain,and puts forward the research angel.Secondly,this paper uses interview and case analyzes in two ways to collect data of NX Audit office as an example.Through diagnosis and causal analysis,factors that influence employee brain drain of NX Audit office's include external causes such as: geographical location,external opportunities,public opinion orientation;internal causes such as wage income and welfare treatment,performance assessment,working environment,work arrangement,organizational change;employees' own causes such as the disagreement of management,the expectation of self-development and the planning of career development.Finally,according to the problems found,the article put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as designs reasonable restriction clauses,improve performance appraisal system,builds a good working environment,implements incentive mechanism,internal promotion,build communication platform,strengthen employees 'sense of belonging,to reduce employee turnover rate of NX Audit office.
