| Looking back on the whole ancient Chinese society,the status of "rites" is very important.The role of rites is to distinguish between different names.It is a rule of interpersonal communication and a moral concept that is constantly strengthened.In the hierarchical society,there are royal court rituals,officialdom rituals,family rituals,and teacher-student rituals.Among them,the family rites are widely covered,rich in content,and diverse in form.It includes the content of the father’s filial piety,his brothers and sisters,his husband’s advocacy for women,the difference between men and women,the order of the ages,and the distinction of dignity and inferiority.From a person’s birth to death,from reward to punishment,from education to control.It constantly absorbs national laws and national rituals,and plays an important role in supplementing national laws and national rituals at the grassroots level.The family gift is dynamic and in action.It is reflected in the recognition of the widow of the family,the punishment of the wandering children,and the daily life of the ethnic group.Family rites are mainly expressed through the carrier of family laws and regulations to educate and restrain ethnic groups.It is implemented within the ethnic group and is guaranteed by the common recognition of ethnic groups,the authority of the patriarchs,and the support of the state.The purpose is to worship and accept the family.The author used the "Selected Chinese Spectrum Data" as a first-hand document to study a total of 307 family laws and regulations in the Qing Dynasty in stages according to the period,and summarized the content of the family laws and regulations of the Qing Dynasty as "family rites" using the method of sampling statistics.The changes in different stages are presented by graph method,and the development background of the family rites in the Qing Dynasty,the relationship between the family rites and the National rites in the Qing Dynasty,and the reasons for the development of the family rites in the Qing Dynasty are explored with the combination of the positive law and the case law.Through the above research,the author found that the revival of the three rites in the early Qing Dynasty and the promotion of the rulers made it possible to formulate a large number of family laws and regulations,and the changes in the rituals and laws in the middle and late Qing Dynasty prompted changes in the family rites.Continuous integration of the National ceremony,more ease,the continuous strengthening of family authority,and the official support attitude are the main reasons for the development of the family ceremony.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter discusses the background of the generation and development of the family rites in the qing dynasty,including the development of the "three rites" in the early qing dynasty,the rulers’ praise of the rites,and the changes of the rites and laws in the society.The second chapter describes the national level of etiquette,ritual system,ritual law,and then summarizes the impact of the state ritual on the family ritual.The third chapter through the way of sampling statistics analysis at different stages of family in the qing dynasty the French,it is concluded that the qing dynasty,send the rule of change characteristic,at the same time of constantly fusion country gift,home ceremony different emphasis in different periods,the content also has the change,but there are inherent in the subject:speak baiban(.end marriage,between adjacent,league clan of yi and sacrifice,penalty drought myanmar,abstain from fornication,professional,in the form to exhort,combination of rewards and punishments to maintain family for long stretches.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics and the reasons for the development of the family ritual. |
