Research On The Construction Of Service-Oriented Political Parties Under The Vision Of Modernization Of State Administration

The modernization of state governance,as the "fifth modernization" put forward by China,is of great significance.It not only contributes to China's modernization drive,but also plays an important role in promoting the development opportunities of the new era and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The national governance system includes party building,and the realization of China's national governance modernization must be organically integrated with the construction of the ruling party.At present,the modernization process has brought a series of new social changes and problems to China.How to integrate party building into the process of national governance modernization,find the point of mutual promotion and coordinated development,is a need for research.important question.It is necessary to unify the party's construction and realize the modernization of state governance.On the one hand,we must make the party's construction promote the modernization of state governance,on the other hand,we must constantly improve party building in the practice of state governance modernization.Promoting the construction of service-oriented political parties is not only the key to solving a series of problems existing in the current party,but also an important opportunity to strengthen and improve party building and promote the modernization of state governance in the new era and historical height.Judging from the research situation at home and abroad,there are many separate studies on the modernization of state governance and the construction of service-oriented political parties in the academic circles.There are few studies on the construction of service-oriented political parties under the perspective of modernization of state governance,and a systematic study system has not yet been formed.To this end,we must first understand the basic concepts of the modernization of state governance and the construction of service-oriented political parties,and clarify the theoretical basis for the construction of service-oriented political parties.Secondly,it analyzes the correlation between the modernization of state governance and the construction of service-oriented political parties.The two have inherent coherence in generating logic and value dimension.The construction of service-oriented political parties is the proper meaning of national governance modernization and can be used for national governance.Modernization provideseffective guarantees and promotes the modernization of national governance.In accordance with the needs of state governance,the Communist Party of China must clarify its role in the process of modernization of state governance,and effectively play the functions of social integration,policy supply,and organizational cultivation to accelerate the transformation of party functions and the construction of service-oriented parties.Third,in the context of the modernization of state governance,the construction of service-oriented political parties faces many challenges.There is still a certain gap between the function of the party,the way of governance and the organizational structure,and the requirements of the modern state governance subject,governance mode and governance structure;the diversification of social interests,the people's livelihood,and the lack of social consensus have caused tensions between the party and the masses.Conducive to the consolidation of the party's ruling status;the lack of service awareness of party members and cadres,the imperfect service mechanism,and the imperfect construction of grassroots party organizations have seriously affected the party's image.Finally,in the face of some problems still existing in China,it is imperative that the party should adapt to the new requirements of modern state governance by improving its own construction and adopting effective measures.Only in this way can we achieve coordinated management of the pluralistic parties,including the party,the government,and the society,and steadily help the effective advancement of national governance modernization.
