The emergence and development of new media have changed people’s lifestyles and it provides a platform for the public to express freely and participate in social construction.As an important part of social security,Charity realizes the third distribution of social wealth and makes up for the shortcomings of social construction.In the internet era with the rise of new media,charity continues to develop with the help of new media platforms.There is a new form of business called "net-charity" which integrates internet and charity.The development of net-charity has injected new vitality into Chinese charity and realized the maximum development of charity resources.Net-charity promotes the charity more public and routine,and the formation of a national charity culture in China.At the same time,net-charity provides sufficient space for the development of various kinds of non-governmental charitable organizations,thus a new pattern of charity in China has shaped.However,the function of information filtering is weakened,the responsibility consciousness of media subject is absent and the influence of public negative opinion on net-charity is increased in new media era.There is a lot of phenomena which has destroyed the public’s trust in net-charity and leads to the emergence of credit crisis in the field of net-charity,such as fraudulent donation and pseudo charity.In summary,alleviating the crisis of credibility and promoting the sustainable development of net-charity in China have become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the new media era as the background,takes the net-charity as the research object and analyzes the credibility crisis of net-charity.It tries to alleviate the credibility crisis from the perspective of the construction of credibility system.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of new media and net-charity,and combs the relevant literature on net-charity and credibility at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper analyzes the innovation of traditional charity by expounding the opportunities of net-charity in the new media era.This paper reveals the credibility crisis by expounding the challenges faced by net-charity.In the synthesis the factor,this paper deeply discusses the performance of credibility crisis from the perspectives of net-charity behavior subject,net-charity platform and net-charity cognition.It is believed that the traditional interpersonal trust based on acquaintance society is no longer suitable for today’s society.In order to promote the sustainable development of net-charity,institutional trust must be established.Therefore,this paper proposes to establish a credibility system from the aspects of net-charity behavior subject,net-charity platform and net-charity cognition to solve the credibility crisis of China’s net-charity.
