| The work and life of rural managers is at the forefront of China’s agricultural and rural production.The final implementation of the various policies,policies and measures in rural areas depends on the implementation of rural managers.They are maintaining the stability of the grassroots level,promoting the economic development of the village,and building a new socialist countryside,play as an irreplaceable role.Recently,with the rapid development of the times and the increasing attention of the state to grassroots work,along with the implementation of some new policies,a series of unprecedented new problems have emerged in rural work,which requires the integration of rural managers.Quality and work ability have brought unprecedented new requirements and new challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the management of rural managers under the new situation.In the management of rural managers,the rational formulation and selection of incentive measures has become a very important part.This paper first introduces the research trends of foreign incentives and domestic rural managers,and defines the concepts of incentives.Take XT County as an example,and combine the author’s experience in grassroots work in the township of XT County for 5 years.On the basis of the actual situation,the author analyzed the necessity and feasibility of formulating a set of targeted incentive measures for rural managers on the basis of in-depth talks with rural managers and understanding their opinions.In view of the current incentives for the cadres of townships and villages in the Province,“low salary level,imbalanced material incentives”,“concentrated contradictory problems,weakened spiritual incentives”,“few education and training activities,and the content is not targeted”.On this basis,inductive analysis is carried out,from salary incentives,political incentives,institutional incentives and negative Inspire the four aspects,and put forward some specific incentive measures for rural managers in XT County under the new situation,in order to solve the problem of the current local rural managers,which has strong practicability and Realistic meaning. |
