As China's population ages,the demand for the elderly in China continues to rise,and the problems in the field of pensions are becoming more prominent.Y County,which has been awarded the title of “China's Longevity Township” and “Zhejiang Top Ten Health and Welfare Land”,has a long history and a strong tradition of health culture,and it is also a veritable aging county;the elderly in the county care for the aged.Demands are growing stronger,and there is huge business opportunity in the old-age market.Studying how the Y County government can use its own advantages to develop a huge market for the aged care industry is not only conducive to meeting the social needs of the elderly,solving the current problem of old-age care,but also helping to promote the adjustment of the industrial structure.And upgrading to promote regional economic and social development.Due to the particularity of old-age services,the development of the pension industry is not only a market economy problem,but also a social management issue.To this end,from the standpoint and perspective of the government,this paper adopts the SWOT analysis method to comprehensively and systematically analyze the current status of the old-age industry in Y County,and analyze the endowment advantages,problems and difficulties and opportunities and challenges of the development of the old-age industry in Y County.The development experience at home and abroad,try to put forward the strategic positioning of the Y County Government to develop the aged care industry,and advocate that the Y County Government should develop the old-age industry to take the path of scale,specialization and marketization,adhere to the government's leadership,strengthen brand building,and increase policy support.Improve the platform construction,establish industry standards,and create a characteristic old-age industry model in Y County.
