Research On The Supply Of Aged Care Service Based On Marxist Social Security Thought

According to the National Development and Reform Commission,China has entered an aging society in 2000.As of 2017,the number of elderly people aged 65 and over is 158 million,accounting for 11.4% of the total population.By 2050,the total number of elderly people is expected to double.Compared with the increasingly aging trend,the construction of the social security system for the elderly with the core of aged care services started late in China.The current service supply has problems such as single subject,outdated model and uneven quality,and the people in the aging society.There is still a big gap in the demand for a better life.This thesis uses literature research method,theoretical analysis method and comparative research method to study and analyze the supply of old-age care service in China under the guidance of Marxist social security thought.Marxist social security thoughts believe that socialized production has spawned social security.The two production theories provide theoretical support for social security.The social security funds are derived from the partial deduction of total social products.Their functions are apportionment and compensation,and society.Guarantee must reflect the principle of value of fairness and justice.Starting from this theory,the paper focuses on the analysis of the three aspects of the supply of pension services,supply methods and supply quality.The paper suggests that private capital can be widely used to participate in old-age services,enrich the main body of old-age service,and ensure the balanced development of urban and rural aged care services;actively explore the use of “Internet +” to promote the flexibility,modernization and intelligence of the provision of old-age services;Improve the supply of aged care services with high efficiency and high quality,and meet the needs of the elderly with multiple pensions.In addition,the government and relevant departments work together to create an atmosphere of respecting the elderly and loving the elderly,disseminating a new type of old-age care culture,providing corresponding legal system guarantees for different providers of old-age care services,and actively learning from the internationally successful cases of providing old-age care services to supply old-age care services in China.Both conceptual innovation and institutional reform have positive effects.
