| "Anti-poverty is a major event in the governance of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign countries." The Communist Party of China has always practiced the idea of taking the people as the center and conducted arduous exploration to solve the problem of poverty.Since the 1980 s,China has introduced a series of policies and measures to increase poverty alleviation efforts.In particular,Xi Jinping’s theory of precision poverty alleviation has provided a "golden key" for winning the war of precision poverty alleviation in the new era.The so-called "well-off is not well-off,the key to look at the villagers,the key to look at the poor villagers can not get out of poverty." Poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary areas has always been a concern of Xi Jinping and the focus of targeted poverty alleviation.The old revolutionary area of X County,as one of the deep poverty counties in northwestern Shanxi Province,has made certain achievements in precision poverty alleviation.However,at the same time,the problems are also relatively prominent.The material level shows that the overall income level of residents is low,the infrastructure construction is relatively lagging behind,and the industrial base is weak.The spiritual level is manifested as "waiting to rely on" to breed ideas,lack of ideas for getting rich,and backward ideas.And in the final Sprint stage of precision poverty alleviation,the spiritual dimension of the problem appears to be more prominent.To solve this problem,we must bear in mind Xi Jinping’s important instructions when he visited Shanxi,integrate the Luliang spirit into the precision poverty alleviation work in the old revolutionary areas of the X County,and stimulate the internal motivation of the poor people to provide spiritual guidance for the precision poverty alleviation work in the old revolutionary areas.This paper first clarifies the scientific connotation and contemporary value of Lu Liang’s spirit,and further explains the relationship between Lu Liang’s spirit and precision poverty alleviation.Secondly,it analyzes the basic situation of precision poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary areas of X County,including poverty manifestation and poverty cause analysis,poverty alleviation measures taken and achievements made,problems faced and causes analysis.Finally,combining the connotation of Lu Liang’s spirit,he explored the path of Lu Liang’s spirit to boost the precision poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary area of X County from fouraspects: "X County Road","Decisive Zhi","All People’s Wisdom" and "Big Pattern"... |
