Research On The Construction Of Rural Style Civilization Under The Perspective Of New Age

General Secretary Xi Jinping of the 19 th National Congress of the Party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization and adhered to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas.According to the general requirements of "prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and rich life," he determined to build rural areas into a beautiful home of living and happy life.Rural prosperity is the prosperity of the country and rural decline is the decline of the country.Rural development is of great significance to us.We must not only build the external beauty of the countryside,but also pay attention to the inner soul of the countryside and pay attention to the construction of rural civilization.Ideological and political work is not only an important content of socialist spiritual civilization,but also a powerful guarantee for the construction of material civilization and spiritual civilization.It is our Party’s fine tradition and political advantage to attach importance to ideological and political work and give full play to its role.The 19 th National Congress of the Party made the scientific judgment that socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,and ideological and political entered a new era.Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all the work of the Party.The Advancement of all work depends on ideological and political work first.Therefore,holding the ideological and political education work in the new era can better promote the construction of rural civilization.This paper focuses on the countryside,using literature research,questionnaire survey,and individual interview to study the typical problems encountered in promoting the construction of rural civilization in the new era.Through visits and questionnaires,we mainly study the basic conditions of rural farmers,promote the basic status quo of official style,folk style,family style,and personal style in the construction of rural civilization,and collate the survey data and screen and analyze them through EXCEL.Through the study,the following results are obtained,rural grassroots party branches of the construction of the township style of civilization problems: the internal division of responsibilities is unknown,the understanding of policies floating on the surface,the work methods are single old,the work is irreconcilable,and the education goals are not targeted.The existing problems of rural folk customs include imperfect infrastructure construction,unoptimistic living environment,indifferent neighborhood relations,and extravagant marriages and funerals.The problems of rural family style,including the lack of filial piety culture,the declining family style,and the lack of education awareness of parents.The problems existing in the country’s personal style include weak ideological and political consciousness,poor spiritual culture,supremacy of money,and deviations in beliefs.In response to the above problems,the author thoroughly analyzes and excavates the reasons behind it,puts forward corresponding countermeasures under the vision of ideological and political education in the new era,and takes countermeasures against the Party branches at the grassroots level,including using Xi Jinping’s ideological and political education theory as a guide,and earnestly studies the relevant theories of state policy.Improving working methods and changing working methods.The countermeasures against society include formulating rural systems,improving infrastructure,using rural culture,enriching educational channels,introducing emerging technologies,promoting neighborhood harmony,establishing village contracts,and creating a good atmosphere.Responses to the family include changing parental attitudes,raising parental awareness and changing parental habits.Individual countermeasures include strengthening peasants ’ideological and political consciousness,diversifying peasants’ spiritual and cultural,correcting peasants ’view of money and money,and belief.The innovation of this article lies in the following: first,the construction of rural civilization is the difficult point and key point of the rural revitalization strategy,but the current research does not combine the background of the new era and uses Xi Jinping’s new era ideological and political education theory to explore the development of rural civilization construction.Therefore,this article makes a unique approach to study how to use the theory of ideological and political education in the new era as a method and means to promote the construction of rural civilization.Secondly,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method and individual interview method to study and collect data.Because the current level of farmers ’culture is low,the questionnaire survey method is the main method,supplemented by the individual interview method,so that the questionnaire data is more realistic,credible,and has a certain research value.
