The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to transform government functions and build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with.Civil servants are an important component of the public service sector.They not only play an important role of the state organizer,but also shoulder the great mission of serving the people.Improving the investment commitment of civil servants is of great significance for promoting the construction of service-oriented government and enhancing the credibility of the government.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship and the impact process between Job Crafting,Person-Job Fit and Job Engagement in China's public sector.In this study,the civil servants of our government departments are taken as the research object,and the influence mechanism of Job Crafting on Job Engagement is discussed by means of questionnaire survey and SPSS software for statistical analysis.This article includes five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of this research,reviews and summarizes the research results of Job Crafting,Person-Job Fit and Job Engagement.At the same time,the method and technical route of this research,as well as the innovations are explained.The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis of this research,and on this basis,puts forward relevant research hypotheses.The third part is the research design,which mainly describes the sampling method,samples,and the measurement of variables and the structure of the questionnaire.The fourth part is an empirical analysis.This part mainly discusses the relationship between Job Crafting,Person-Job Fit and Job Engagement through empirical analysis.The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations,mainly based on the results of empirical analysis to present the research conclusions,expound the relevant recommendations,and explain the research shortcomings and prospects.This study finds that the Job Crafting of public sector workers in China has a direct positive impact on their Job Engagement.At the same time,it can influence their Job Engagement through the Person-Job Fit.The relevant research results have certain reference value for improving the management level of public sector workers in China.
