| Rural governance has always been an important topic in academic research.In recent years,with the reform of national taxes and the abolition of agricultural taxes,the state has stopped absorbing rural resources and continuously investing in rural areas.Particularly,national resources and power will be extended to rural areas and to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization policies.Rural society has undergone great changes in some aspects,and its governance model has changed as well.This research is based on the theory of the capital field.In the context of the country’s investment in rural resources,agricultural governance transformation is carried out from the perspective of agricultural industrialization,which clarifies its mechanism of on the transformation of rural governance.Namely,agricultural industrialization has changed the role of participants and its capital possession in the original field,leading to the transformation between the principal part in rural governance and its interaction model.Its willingness to participate in rural governance and strategy has also undergone tremendous changes,which ultimately led to a shift in rural governance.Through research,it has been found that the industrialization of sugar oranges has changed the role of actors and capital ownership in C village.Specifically,the share of the economic capital of the land elite has increased rapidly,and so have the village cadres in the capital of politics.Meanwhile,the share between economic and political capital of ordinary villagers has steadily increased.With the further strengthening of various capital ownership,as a tool to participate in practicing rural governance,the willingness and ability of actors to access national resources has also increased,leading to changes in the choice of rural governance strategies at last.In the early stages of the industrialization of sugar oranges,the land elites had a large amount of economic capital,and the capital ownership of village cadres and villagers did not change much.Therefore,this period is mainly a rural governance model.With the coordination among land elites,village cadres,villages’negative reactions to its governance model.In the mid late stages of the industrialization,the land elites transformed economic capital into political capital,the political capital of village cadres was activated,and the capital ownership of villagers increased steadily.Therefore,the current rural governance has been transformed into an effective supervision model for land elites,village cadres and ordinary villagers.The industrialization of sugar oranges eventually result in the transformation of rural governance in C Village.With the formation of multiple governance entities,rural governance has changed from a governance subject model to a multi-goverance model,and rural governance has turned into a benign development. |
