Agriculture,countryside and peasants have always been an important issue related to China's economic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,and strengthened the basic work of rural grassroots units,so as to cultivate a "three rural" workforce that understands agriculture,loves the countryside and loves the peasants.Our Party has always attached great importance to the construction of the contingent of talented people.The instructor of rural work in Yueqing is such a team full of fighting force.After 14 years of innovative measures,he has trained and trained a number of outstanding cadres at the grass-roots level to provide a solid guarantee for the Rural Revitalization and winning the battle against poverty.In this context,based on the urban and rural development theory and service-oriented government theory,combined with the actual situation of Yueqing,this paper analyzes the origin of rural work instructors,organizational structure,responsibilities,tasks,system system,the achievements and experience of rural work instructors,a systematic review of the current rural workers.As an instructor to carry out the status,influencing factors,design a survey questionnaire and carry out household survey in villages,using literature inquiry,survey and research methods,to study the operation process of the rural work instructor system,obtain the most direct and most relevant influencing factors on the rural work instructor system,and analyze its development process.The existing problems and the causes of these problems put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to better improve the system.This paper points out the working ideas and direction of the rural work instructors in Yueqing in the future,so that the system of the rural work instructors in Yueqing can play its role better,adapt to the development and change faster and develop more effectively and orderly.Hope to enrich and improve the research in this field,further improve the rural work instructor system in China,and promote the rural work instructor system more targeted,more solid and effective implementation.
