The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China said."The country is strong while the young people are strong.The younger generation has ideals,skills,and responsibility.Then the country has a future and the nation has hope." The youth is the heart of the family,as well as the future of the country.The healthy growth of teenagers is related to the happiness of the family and the stability of the society.The social idle teenagers mentioned in this paper are those teenagers between 14 and 25 years old faced loss of school,unemployment and loss of management.They are outside the family and school and they are marginalized groups of society.Because of social anomie,lack of family education and incomplete system,they are regarded as the high-risk groups of social crime.Take Shishi City as an example,there were around 3991 social idle teenagers in 2016.These adolescents had their own problems of social adaptation and development.Their existence affected family happiness,social stability and development.This paper takes social idle teenagers as the research objects,through questionnaires,interviews,field observations,literature surveys and other methods to study their characteristics and the status of education management,and finds out the problems that social idle teenagers have.This article mainly discusses the management strategies for social idle youth’s education,and puts forward some concrete and operable constructive opinions,so as to optimize the young people’s growth environment and promote the healthy development of young people.At the same time,it enriches young people’s associated research and provides more research materials for social work.
