At present,the aging of the population brought about the problem of old-age gradually aroused the attention of the public.At present,the aging population of our country shows the characteristics:the number of the elderly is huge,the speed of growth is fast,the old age,the living alone and the empty nest old people grow faster.This is a great challenge for the old-age service in our country.In recent years,governments around the world are constantly strengthening the pace of reform and practical exploration in order to face the aging of the population brought about a large number of needs for the elderly.In the process of this exploration,it is found that the mode of government purchasing pension service has achieved good results.It can not only change the functions of the government,improve the administrative efficiency of the government,but also provide professional services for the elderly and improve the lives of the elderly.From the development trend of goverrnment purchasing pension service,it has become an effective way to solve the old-age problem in our country.At present,goverrnment purchase pension service has become a positive innovation to solve the old-age problem.And there are still many problems,which require professional support and supervision from the government.As an effective means of supervision and management,the third-party evaluation can point out the defects in the old-age service,promote the development of pension services and promote the stability and harmony of the society.Therefore,the research on third-party evaluation is not only conducive to its standardized development,but also conducive to promoting the optimization of pension services,and provides a reference for the development of third-party evaluation in other fields of society.This paper takes the evaluation of old-age service in T city as an example.The reason for choosing T city is that at present,T city is a city with serious aging,the development of government purchase pension service is relatively perfect,and T city attaches great importance to the development of social organization.Therefore,the research on the evaluation of pension service occupies favorable conditions.Secondly,after four months of practice in T city,the author participated in the evaluation of pension service of X evaluation institution in T city.During the practice,I contacted a large number of first-line pension service workers and collected and sorted out a large number of information of pension service evaluation.This article hopes that through the research on the evaluation of the old-age service in T city,we can make better use of it.The third-party evaluation plays a positive role in the old-age service so as to promote the all-round development of the old-age service and provide better service for the elderly.
