Research On The Communicating Mechanism Of Finding Relatives Of Internet Public Welfare

The arrival of a networked society has realized the ideal macro-image of the connection of all things.The combination of Internet+ has changed the operation and development of social systems.In 2011,the Internet launched a public welfare hotspot.Based on the help-seeking public welfare model,it showed a new look.The convenient and efficient participation model stimulated the public welfare.Public welfare organizations based on organizations have increasingly become an important supplement in civil society,innovating the modes and means of social management.The wide connectivity,low barriers,and openness of the Internet are in line with the characteristics of the greatest diffusion of information in "seeking relatives."The author selected the research case of "Baby Come Home",using the method of network ethnography to deepen the forum and volunteer group,supplemented by in-depth interviews,text analysis,and carried out six-month observation and recording,from the micro and macro perspectives,the author describe the various ways in the network public welfare.The first is to analyze the possibility of online public welfare and to discuss the background of public welfare action,and to interpret it from the perspectives of sociology,communication and political science.The writer try to trace the history and actual reasons for the loss of the population,and explore the guarantee of network seeking relatives.The second is to sort out the structure and relationship within the charity organization,to describe and analyze the tracing network and information interaction methods within the organization,and to mobilize the participation of social forces in the environment of close shortage and open freedom.The initiator is also the recipient of the information,volunteer groups use a variety of methods to achieve information diffusion through civil and official channels,after the public security police and the insiders of the society obtained the information,they gave each other coordination,supplement and feedback.Through the early knowledge of the rules,the internalization of knowledge,and the interaction of emotions,the members of the search network have improved,expanded and consolidated the organizational structure,which has led to the establishment of multiple relationships and further enhanced the closeness of the network.In the process of analyzing the contents and strategies of the Baby Come Home 's communication,the author can't help but wonder the way the organization uses persuasion and communication,and the role the media plays in the mobilization process?The study found that:the Baby Come Home pays attention to the construction of "legality"?"public welfare"?"convenience" in the sense of public interest and action.This is actually a process of "setting the agenda",subtly conveying the universally recognized value to the target group.The invitation of opinion leaders and the use of video symbols are trying to expand the scope and intensity of the consensus.With the help of the mainstream media's trust communication and social media sentiment,it promotes the solution of problems and the fermentation of public opinion,and promotes the development of public welfare actions in public welfare mobilization.In this study,public welfare action is the process of Baby Come Home to build,improves and develops.Both the actions to gather social attention and the brand promotion and marketing to expand influence are mutually reinforcing and complementary.Persistent public welfare action is the driving force for the Baby Come Home,and it is also the touchstone for the effective dissemination of public welfare.In the last part,the author mainly wants to explore the significance of the network public interest in the society,and the risks and disputes faced by public welfare actions,and hopes to gain some inspiration from it to provide some references for the same type of organization in the society.The development of non-profit organizations has made their role in society increasingly prominent,and public welfare actions have increasingly become a social phenomenon that attracts attention.There are a lot of studies on public welfare communication,most of which focus on the specific communication level for analysis,and there are few studies on the communication mechanism in the form of individual cases.Because of the privacy and ethical issues involved in the research process,there are inevitable limitations in the data collection process.However,I still hope to use this research to describe a relatively complete transmission path.
