Consensus Construction And Resource Mobilization: A Study On The Process Of Partnership Construction In Nonprofit Organizations

Consensus is not only the expression of common will and common goal,but also the process of communication and coordination based on mutual understanding,trust and enthusiasm.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the influence of public welfare organizations and public welfare projects,the construction of consensus has also enabled the partners to hold a more open and inclusive attitude of trust and support for cooperation,and promoted the convergence of different subjects in social governance,it provides a new path and a new prospect for the innovation of Social Governance.In the operation of the project,especially in the operation of large-scale projects,the establishment of cooperation with the regions and forming good partnerships is an important guarantee for the orderly operation of the project.Mobilization of project areas is an important means to attract potential participants,and social mobilization will directly affect the operation of the project.How to effectively carry out social mobilization,promote the formation of cooperative intention,and then achieve a cooperative relationship and establish a real partnership is the main content of this paper.In the research process,I choose the fact orphans support project of AM foundation as the research object,and focus on the construction process of the relationship between the project team and the partners,this paper discusses how the relationship between the Public Welfare Organization and the cooperative object gradually deepens into the partnership and forms the group consensus.Through the investigation,it is found that in the course of carrying out the public welfare project,the participants form a common agreement based on the similar public welfare idea,mission goal and so on,and then establish the contractual relationship.Along with the resources unceasing investment,the relations between the main body are closer,forms the equal cooperation relations gradually.And in the process of continuous interaction,enhance consensus,and further deepen the partnership.Throughout the process,resources and consensus are driving the partnership forward.
